Objective

This was a branding campaign for flu season. The goal of the campaign was to increase awareness of the Urgent Care’s flu short services. Upon renewal, the objective pivoted towards their urgent care centers.

Challenge

The challenge for the flu season campaign was seasonality. It was also crucial to target people who needed urgent health care services while staying compliant with HIPAA laws.

Solution

In order to create branding and awareness, we suggested a Dominant Display campaign. Although this is a top of the funnel tactic, we were still able to get granular with our targeting. We also added Paid Search which was a bottom of the funnel tactic in order to target consumers who were already interested and searching for relevant keywords, e.g. “urgent care centers near me.”

RESULTS :

The original campaign drove 127 post impression clicks which is an indicator that people exposed to the campaign went back to the website at a later time to view urgent care locations.

KEY FINDINGS :

The flu campaign was so successful that the advertiser ended up running campaigns for their Surgery and Cancer Center, a woman’s group, and an ENT Hearing campaign.
